Nextcare was developed especially for the safe use in healthcare and telemedicine. Video Chat, Audio Chat and Text Chat are encrypted and Peer-to-Peer. This is the highest safety standard for Communication in the Internet. Additionally, Nextcare does not save any patients information or medical data in the system. The patient can join the Chat anonymously - without creating a user account, and without logging in. If the patient needs to fill out medical forms in the waiting room, all the data is also encrypted and sent Peer-to-Peer to the doctor. Nextcare does not save any patients or medical data!
Place a button on your website and your clients can call you with a click. With Nextcare Pro the patient first enters the digital waiting room where he is welcomed by your assistant. The doctor creates a link with date and time and sends it to the patient. The patient only needs to click on the link and can join the conversation room. While we recommend google chrome for the doctor, the patient can join on any device and on any browser.
